PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication system capable of minimally suppressing an obstacle on operation of communication control. SOLUTION: This communication system 1 includes a plurality of control sections each operating communication control of a communication device. In the communication system, each of the plurality of control sections 20 and 30 transmits setting information of a priority system or a non-priority system of the own control section to the control sections other than the own one, compares the setting information of the own control section with the setting information of the control section other than the own one, and stops operation of the communication control to notify setting abnormality when the comparison results coincide with each other and at least the own control section and the control section other than the own one start at the same time, or when the own control section starts after the control section other than the own one.
