PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mine treating device capable of reducing treatment cost, capable of improving working efficiency, and capable of improving certainty and safety. SOLUTION: This mine treating device 1 for explosively sweeping a mine laid on the sea bottom or a mine buried under the sea bottom, includes a body 2 suspended from an underwater sailing body via a suspension cable 21 and a leg part 3 detachably installed under the body 2 via a leg part separating mechanism 31 installed on an under surface of this body 2. At least a molded explosive 6 for generating a high speed metallic jet by the Neuman effect, an ignition control device 8 for igniting a detonator of this molded explosive 6, a sighting sonar 7 for detecting the mine, a pan mechanism for panning the whole of these molded explosive 6, ignition control device 8 and sighting sonar 7 to the leg part 3 and a tilt mechanism for tilting the molded explosive 6 to the leg part 3, are installed in the leg part 3.
