PURPOSE: An optimal management system for a water distribution system using a logistic regression analysis is provided to utilize methods as information for managing water distribution system through a score evaluation method, a fuzzy technique, an ELECTRE(Elimination Et Choice Translating Reality) technique, logistic regression analysis and a Bayes method. CONSTITUTION: Pipe damage and water leakage record are inputted. Data is processed by using a GIS. Pipe state indexes and surrounding environment indexes are obtained. A logistic regression analysis is processed. Model fitness is analyzed and a model coefficient is determined. A pipe damage model is determined. A pipe damage classification standard is determined. A flow monitoring system monitors a block flow rate/pressure. |
