PURPOSE: A producing method of a metal oxide precursor using a malonate method is provided to reduce energy for producing a solution with a mixture of two compounds. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a metal oxide precursor comprises the following steps: adding a mixed solution of malonic acid and ammonia water cooled at room temperature to a mixture obtained by mechanically mixing solid carbonate and nitrate; forming a precipitate inside the mixture; and removing extra water and carbon dioxide from the obtained metal oxide precursor by heating the precursor at 60~80deg C, and vacuuming. |
