<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base station apparatus supporting each of mobile communication systems and a system information notifying method, when a plurality of mobile communication systems are coexistent. <P>SOLUTION: A base station apparatus 20 notifies system information to each mobile terminal 10. The base station apparatus 20 sets change information of the system information in a system band composed of a plurality of component carriers and notifies the change information to each mobile terminal 10 supporting each component carrier using the plurality of component carriers.
