<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery case for a vehicle capable of securing rigidity of a battery pack, reducing weight, and reducing a cost. <P>SOLUTION: The battery case is provided with a tray member made of resin (20) which holds a battery (36) and has a plurality of projected parts (32) formed on a bottom part (34) and a reinforcing tray member having at least one or more of reinforcing members (42) which are arranged on an outside face of the tray member and are made of a metal plate arising on a side facing the tray member.
