<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrode substrate for a dye-sensitized solar cell that has superior electric conductivity, thermal stability, and photoelectric transfer efficiency, and the dye-sensitized solar cell equipped with this. <P>SOLUTION: The electrode substrate for the dye-sensitized solar cell includes: the transparent substrate, a zinc oxide thin film layer that is formed on the transparent substrate and consisting of the zinc oxide doped with gallium, and a transparent conductive film that is formed at the zinc oxide thin film layer and that includes the tin oxide thin film layer in which a dopant is doped on the tin oxide. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
