PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently and surely prevent slipping-out in which locking means resiliently gets over a locking jaw part to which the locking means locks and elevates from occurring without excessively increasing a necessary initial torque when an opening neck part is opened and without breaking a breaking line. SOLUTION: Above the locking means 30 on the inner peripheral face of a tamper evident skirt part 20, a loosely fitting upper part 34 with an inner diameter of d1 and a fitting lower part 36 with an inner diameter of d2 smaller than d1 are arranged. Under a condition that a container lid is mounted on the opening neck part 40 of the container as required, and the opening neck part 40 is closely sealed, the loosely fitting upper part 34 of the tamper evident skirt part 20 is positioned by opposing the locking jaw part 44 of the opening neck part 40, and the tamper evident skirt part 20 becomes to a loosely fitting condition to the locking jaw part 44. When the container lid rotates in some extent in the opening rotating direction and the container lid is elevated to the opening neck part 40, the fitting lower part 36 of the tamper evident skirt part 20 is positioned opposing the locking jaw part 44, and tightely fitted to the locking jaw part 44.
