<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transmit a plurality of kinds of signals without increasing the number of signal lines. <P>SOLUTION: A command sampling unit 131 inputs a multiple signal and a clock signal respectively from an ASIC, determines the entry of a command start bit signal when the level of the multiple signal is "1" at the rising time of a clock signal, and recognizes a 4-bit signal transmitted thereafter as a command bit signal.
