<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the assembling property of a hollow shaft while surely sealing the inside of the hollow shaft by a blocking member. <P>SOLUTION: The hollow shaft 10 includes a shaft body 12 formed of a hollowed pipe material or the like, and blocking members 16 provided to close both opened ends thereof. Each of the blocking member 16 is formed in a bottomed cylindrical shape having a bottom wall portion 26 formed flatly and a cylindrical circumferential wall portion 28 substantially orthogonal to the bottom wall portion 26. The circumferential wall portion 28 is formed to protrude in a circular sectional shape toward the radial outside, and an apex 30 is formed at the portion protruded most toward the radial outside. When each blocking member 16 is installed in the shaft body 12, the apex 30 is press-fitted into a first hole portion 18a, 18b while sliding on the inner peripheral surface thereof. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
