MECHANISM AND METHOD OF PREVENTING SUCTION AIR FROM LEAKING DURING FILTRATION OF CAPTURING CARRIER SOLUTION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism preventing suction air from leaking during suction of a solution in which a capturing carrier is dissolved by using an inexpensive resin container.

SOLUTION: A mechanism for preventing suction air from leaking uses a capturing carrier cartridge 82 that includes a body 82c and a filter fixing ring 82e. The body 82c has: a storage portion 82c1 for storing a capturing carrier solution; and a filter mounting portion 82c3 where a filter 82d for filtering the capturing carrier solution is disposed. The filter fixing ring 82e covers the filter mounting portion 82c3, positions the filter 82d, and sucks and filters the capturing carrier solution from a lower surface thereof. The mechanism is equipped with: a cartridge holder 56; and a suction head 76. The cartridge holder 56 is equipped with: an opening including the filter mounting portion 82c3 of the capturing carrier cartridge 82; and a holding portion holding the storage portion 82c1. The suction head 76 sucks the capturing carrier solution through the lower surface of the filter fixing ring 82e while applying a pressure to press the filter fixing ring 82e against the filter mounting portion 82c3.
