<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power controlling apparatus which compensates power ripple continuously within a tolerable capacity range of a secondary battery and improves the compensation performance of a power ripple more than before. <P>SOLUTION: The control unit 10 of the power controlling apparatus 24 sets one of first and second secondary batteries 1 and 2 into a first mode and the other into a second mode. The control unit 10 calculates a compensatory power according to a power rippleΔP so as to compensate the power ripple of a load 23, and makes the secondary battery in the first mode discharge a compensatory power in case that the compensatory power is in the direction of discharge, and makes the secondary battery in the second mode charge a compensatory power in case that the compensatory power is in the direction of charge. The control unit 10 switches the first or second mode over into the other when the terminal voltage of the secondary battery in the first mode reaches a preset lower limit voltage or when the terminal voltage of the secondary battery in the second mode reaches a preset upper voltage. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
