<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a discharge port member that enables to achieve a discharge port member, having a recessed portion and being excellent in shape accuracy at a high yield. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing a discharge port member has the following steps in the following order: a step for preparing a substrate having at least conductive surface formed with a first insulating resist for forming a discharge port and a second insulating resist for forming a recessed portion in a flow path wall; a step for forming a plating layer being a part of the discharge port member by performing plating while using the first resist and the second resist as masks; a step for removing the second resist; a step for forming a plating layer being the recessed portion in the wall by performing plating while using the first resist as a mask; and a step for removing the first resist and the substrate. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
