摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refractory-lining structure with which in the refractory-lining structure in a vessel for iron-making, holding molten iron a constructing man-hour can be suppressed because of easy construction and also, the reduction of dropping quantity of the molten iron temperature and the restraint of the iron-outer shell deformation can sufficiently be displayed for long term. <P>SOLUTION: In the refractory-lining structure of the vessel 1 for ladle-type iron-making in order to convey the held molten iron or perform the refining treatment; this structure is constituted with an iron-shell 2, a permanent refractory layer 3 and a working refractory layer 4 from the outside of the vessel for iron-making, in this order. The working refractory layer is constituted with the refractory having≤0.8 radiant ratio to the position of 1/3 from the upper end part in the rate of the distance from the upper end part to the ladle bottom, and the refractory having≤12 W/(m.K) heat-conduction rate at the position of the remaining 2/3 part and the average heat capacity radiated to the outer part from the opening hole at the upper end part of the vessel for iron-making, in the one-cycle after discharging the molten iron into the vessel for iron-making from a blast furnace to a converter, till returning back to the blast furnace is≤27 KW/m<SP>2</SP>. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p>
