PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly corrosion-resistant hot-dip galvanized steel sheet having high plating adhesiveness required for application to parts subjected to severe processing. SOLUTION: The hot-dip galvanized steel sheet has a zinc plating layer comprising 1-10 mass% Mg, 4-20 mass% Al, and 0.0001-0.5 mass% Si, with the balance being Zn and unavoidable impurities, on the surface of the steel sheet. In the sheet, an Al-Fe-Si-Zn quaternary alloy layer is produced at the plating/steel sheet interface. The thickness of the alloy layer is 1-100 nm. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
