PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging apparatus in which potential of a front ring is made to fall to ground potential by electrically connecting the front ring and a front cover inexpensively without requiring operation for partially peeling a conductive double-coated adhesive tape and an insulating layer of the front cover. SOLUTION: The imaging apparatus includes: the front cover 101 made of metal and provided with the insulating layer; the front ring 104 being a conductive member attached to the insulating layer through a non-conductive double-coated adhesive tape 202; and a joining member 203 attached to the front cover 101 in an electrically connected state and electrically connected to GND through the front cover 101. The joining member 203 has an extension part 203B inserted through a through-hole 101B of the front cover 101 and a notched part 202A of the double-coated adhesive tape 202 and electrically coming into contact with the front ring 104.
