PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a winding core tube enabled to be installed in a shaft without being eccentric relative to a turning axis of the shaft of a machine. SOLUTION: This winding core tube 1 includes: a core tube body 2 formed into a nearly cylindrical shape; and an elastic member 3 provided in an opening end part 2a of the core tube body 2. The elastic member is installed in the core tube body freely to turn integrally with the core tube body. This winding core tube is characterized by including the core tube body formed into a nearly cylindrical shape and the elastic part integrally formed with the inner peripheral surface of the core tube body.
