PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle body front ventilation structure capable of increasing a degree of freedom of design without disturbing an air flow introduced into a vehicle body front. SOLUTION: The vehicle body front ventilation structure controls quantity of travel wind sent to a vehicle body front by opening and closing a shutter mechanism by a torque motor by arranging the shutter mechanism in a grille and a duct capable of introducing the travel wind into the vehicle body frame from an opening of a vehicle body front end, and is provided with a plurality of fins 17 for constituting the shutter mechanism by placing an interval in the vertical direction for opening and closing the opening side. These fins 17 rotate in a direction perpendicular to the axis to a rotary shaft 35 extending in the vehicle width direction, and the rotary shaft 35 is arranged in a position separated to the back face 17b side arranged at the rear of a wind receiving surface 17a from the wind receiving surface 17a pointing to the vehicle front in the fins 17 when closing the opening side.
