PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress scratching of the rear side of a workpiece which is moved on a pass line by interference with the upper end face of a die. SOLUTION: Two lifter pipes 51, 53 are provided movably vertically along the radial direction of a lower turret 13 on a die holder 47 (47A) provided on the lower turret 13 and the die D (D<SB>1</SB>, D<SB>2</SB>) is mounted at the upper ends of the lifter pipes 51, 53. A cylindrical elevating ram 65 which is movable vertically and rotatable is arranged below the die holder 47 and an attachment 67 between the elevating ram 65 and the die holder 47 is corresponded to the die D<SB>2</SB>situated on the outer peripheral side tank of the lower turret 13 and the lifter pipe 53 is supported by a projection 67a so that the upper end face of the die D<SB>2</SB>becomes the pass line PL of the workpiece W. The lifter pipe 51 for holding the die D<SB>1</SB>which is situated on the inner peripheral side track is supported by the recessed part 67b of the attachment 67 and the upper end surface of the die D<SB>1</SB>is situated to the part lower than the pass line PL.
