PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray computed tomography device whose cooling function is improved. SOLUTION: The X-ray computed tomography device includes: a frame rotation part 3 which is rotatably supported by a frame fixing part 2 having a nearly sealed structure; an X-ray tube 4 which is arranged in the frame rotation part 3; an X-ray tube cooler 5 which is arranged in the frame rotation part 3 for cooling the X-ray tube 4; an X-ray detector 6 which detects X-rays going through a subject; a heat exchanger unit 10 which is fixed in a position inside a frame housing and facing an exhaust port of the X-ray tube cooler 5 when the frame rotation part 3 is at rest; a first duct 15 which is connected with the heat exchanger unit 10 for blowing out cool air generated by heat exchange near the X-ray detector 6 when the frame rotation part 3 is at rest; and a second duct 20 which is connected with the heat exchanger unit 10 for blowing out its cool air near the X-ray tube 4 when the frame rotation part 3 is at rest.
