PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To additionally provide a blow function rationally and sanitarily no matter what suction generator is used, and to provide a vacuum cleaner with such improved handleability that dust suction conditions are easily recognized. SOLUTION: An air jetting device includes: a suction chamber 6 where suction force acts; a jetting chamber 11 communicating with a jetting port 7 for jetting air; a suction fan 5 disposed in the suction chamber 6 and operated by the suction force; a jetting fan 10 disposed in the jetting chamber 11, for generating jetting force; and power generation means 17 connected to a rotary shaft 14 for transmitting the power of the suction fan 5 to the jetting fan 10. A suction port 2 communicating with the suction chamber 6 is provided in the rear part near the jetting port 7, and illumination means 18 using the power generation means 17 as power source is provided near the jetting port 7 and/or the suction port 2. A sanitary blower function is provided without being affected by the form of the suction generator communicating with the suction chamber 6, dust blown away by a blower is recovered, and cleaning is easily and efficiently performed while recognizing cleaning conditions even in the dark of a clearance or the like with the illumination means 18 at the time.
