PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the leakage of an exhaust gas to the inside of a shop even when energy is saved by suppressing the suction amount of the exhaust gas and air inside the shop from an exhaust gas suction hole. SOLUTION: The top ring includes a cap part 1 above a gap between inner and outer boxes 11 and 13, an inner peripheral annular wall part 3 provided under the cap part 1 and having a plurality of exhaust gas suction holes 2, 2a... whose lower end is overlapped with the upper end of the inner box 13, and an eaves part 4 projecting inwards from the entire inner peripheral surface area of the inner peripheral annular wall part 3 and disposed on the inner side of the cap part 1. When the top ring is mounted on a smokeless roaster, a center opening 5 becomes narrow, and even when the suction amount from the exhaust gas suction holes 2, 2a... is reduced, the suction pressure of the air inside the shop to act on the center opening 5 is set to such a pressure that the exhaust gas is not leaked out.
