<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that it is impossible for a monitoring device to quickly recognize the latest state of an entrance/exit management device when communication between the monitoring device and the entrance/exit management device is restored after the communication is interrupted in an entrance/exit management system configured of the entrance/exit management device and the monitoring device. <P>SOLUTION: A monitoring device is normally configured to update various state information such as the opening/closing state of the door of an entrance/exit management device and the locking/unlocking state of an electric lock based on a history to be sent from the entrance/exit management device. However, when communication between the monitoring device and the entrance/exit management device is interrupted, and the communication is restored afterwards, the monitoring device requests all the state information stored by the entrance/exit management device in a batch to the entrance/exit management device, and updates the stored state information with the acquired state information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
