The invention relates to the field for producing a, pseudo a and a+ß titanium alloys from a secondary raw material, preferably for manufacturing sheet-like semifinished products, construction products and structural armor and can be used in the defense and civil sectors of industry. The alloy has the following composition, in mass%: 0.01 - 6.5 ?l, 0.01-5.5 V, 0.05 - 2.0 ??, 0.01 - 1.5 ?r, 0.1 - 2.5 Fe, 0.01-0.5 Ni, 0.01 - 0.5 Zr, 0.01-0.25 Si, up to 0.3 oxygen, up to 0.1 carbon, up to 0.07 nitrogen, and the remainder titanium. The charge is composed depending on the required value for the durability of the alloy over time, and the content of the alloying elements in the alloy is determined from the calculated values for the aluminium and molybdenum strength equivalents. The proposed alloy and method for manufacturing same make it possible to solve the problem of involving a broad spectrum of waste materials of titanium alloys so as to produce an end product having set technological and structural properties. |
