<p>The insertion device for the supply of melting stock form glass shards and/or glass batch in a melting furnace (02), comprises a frame (05) and a vibrating conveying device (10) stocking at the frame and an enclosure (08) covering the oven-side end of the vibrating conveying device and a slide device connected with the frame, where the melting stock is promoted by the vibrating conveying device into the melting furnace. The slide device comprises a valve drive and a pusher and a pusher carrier (17). The melting stock of the pusher is pleaded in direction of the middle. The insertion device for the supply of melting stock form glass shards and/or glass batch in a melting furnace (02), comprises a frame (05) and a vibrating conveying device (10) stocking at the frame and an enclosure (08) covering the oven-side end of the vibrating conveying device and a slide device connected with the frame, where the melting stock is promoted by the vibrating conveying device into the melting furnace. The slide device comprises a valve drive and a pusher and a pusher carrier (17), where the melting stock of the pusher is pleaded in direction of the middle of the melting furnace. The pusher carrier permeates the enclosure of the pusher passing from upwards. The insertion device comprises a support platform, which comprises a supply opening below the oven-side end of the vibrating conveying device. The frame is pivoted with the vibrating conveying device and the slide device such as around a vertical axis towards the support platform. The enclosure is connected with the frame. The insertion device comprises a heat protection shield connected with the frame and surrounding the enclosure. The heat protection shield of the support platform and the supply opening are covered in sections. The slide drive is arranged above the enclosure. The pusher carrier comprises a stretched form, where a first end is rotatably stored at an eccentric at the slide drive and is arranged at the second end of the pusher. The drive-side first end performs pusher carrier of a circular motion and the second pusher-side end of an elliptical motion. The pusher carrier comprises a pivot bearing between the ends. The pivot bearing is connected to a coupling rod, which is pivotally connected to the frame. The vibrating conveying device is oriented in horizontal manner. A melting funnel is arranged above the vibrating conveying device from which the melting stock is guided.</p> |
