The machine has two feed rollers (3, 4) comprising opposite rotational directions and an aperture roller (6), where velocity of opposite cooperating feed rollers affecting fibers is different. One of the feed rollers viewed in a rotational direction of the aperture roller comprises a larger circumferential speed than the other feed roller, and diameters of the feed rollers are different from each other. The feed rollers, which affects the fibers with slow speed, comprise tips that are bent in the rotational direction and another set of tips, which are directed against the rotational direction.
