The electric circuit is secured at a base element (6), and a retainer (11) is provided in the base element for the plug connector. The retainer has a guide pin (12) engaging in a guide hole (13) of the plug connector, where the plug connector has a retention device for a fixing and/or shifting device. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing an apparatus i.e. control device, of a car.
