PURPOSE: A syringe without needle is provided to automatically inject drug of a syringe by the operation of pulling a trigger. CONSTITUTION: A syringe without needle includes a main body having a handle, a cylinder equipped with a piston and a coil spring, a cap communicating with a drug path, a drug adjusting piston, a drug inhalation port(41), check valves(42,43) preventing counter flow of drug, a rotatable latch(49), a pressure lever(50), a drum which is separated from the latch, a wire which is wound on the drum or is released from the drum, a trigger for winding or releasing the sire, and a pair of magnets which push the drum to the latch.
