<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect occurrence of insulation deterioration, and to specify an insulation deterioration spot easily by a simple constitution. <P>SOLUTION: An insulation deterioration detection device 3 includes: a coil 11 provided on a power line L, and having an impedance component; a capacitor 12 and a resistance 13 for voltage detection connected in series between a connection point P1 provided on the furthermore on-vehicle component 2 side than the coil on the power line L and the earth of a car body; an oscillation source 14 connected in series to the capacitor 12 and the resistance 13 for voltage detection, for applying a voltage having a higher frequency than a resonance frequency determined by the capacitor 12 and the coil 11; a voltage detection part 15 for detecting a both terminal voltage of the resistance 13 for voltage detection; and a determination part 16 for determining insulation deterioration of the on-vehicle component 2 based on both terminal voltage detected by the voltage detection part 15. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
