<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus, restraining greasing and uneven development density due to stirring failure of a two-component developer while restraining uneven development density due to lenticulation of the surface of the two-component developer carried by a second carrying screw 15. <P>SOLUTION: For the second carrying screw 15 for supplying the two-component developer to a development sleeve 13 among a plurality of carrying screws, a screw having two spiral blades constituting a two-spiral structure is used, and also for a first carrying screw 14 among them, a screw having one spiral blade forming one spiral structure is used. In this configuration, while the uneven development density due to the lenticulation of the surface of the two-component developer carried by the second carrying screw 15 is restrained, the two-component developer is actively stirred in the first carrying screw 14 to restrain greasing and uneven development density due to stirring failure of the two-component developer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
