IMAGE FORMING APPARATUS, METHOD FOR SETTING THE SAME, AND SECURITY SETTING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging device which allows easy security setting.

SOLUTION: The image forming apparatus includes: a database 32; an obtaining part ACT11; a list generator ACT13; and a list output part ACT14. The database 32 stores resources to be protected, threats to protection resources, and security counter measures against the threats. The obtaining part ACT11 obtains basic information entered by an administrator. The list generator ACT13 lists the threats to the protection resources and the security counter measures to be taken based on the basic information obtained by the obtaining part ACT11 by referring to the database 32. The list output part ACT14 outputs information listed by the list generator ACT13.
