<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analog photovoltaic power circuit capable of obtaining the maximum electric power point with a simplified configuration in voltage-current characteristics of the photovoltaic device. <P>SOLUTION: The circuit has a main photovoltaic device 21, electric power output stage 3, a maximum voltage calculation circuit, and an analog comparison control circuit 50. The main photovoltaic device 21 absorbs light energy and generates input voltage Vin. The electric power output stage 3 converts the input voltage Vin to an output current Iout fed to the load 4. The maximum voltage calculation circuit has a variable resistor control circuit 7 and a direction comparison circuit 60, receives a predetermined voltage, and calculates the maximum voltage based on change direction of the input current and the change direction of the electric power transmitted to the load 4. The analog comparison control circuit 50 compares the maximum voltage, calculated by the maximum voltage calculation circuit, and the input voltage Vin and controls the voltage conversion operation of the electric power output stage 3 based on the result of the comparison. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
