摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that an error occurs in a logic determination according to operational environment in a conventional signal transfer system. <P>SOLUTION: The signal transfer system 1 includes a primary coil 11, a secondary coil 12, a transmission circuit 2, and a receiving circuit 3. The primary coil 11 is magnetically coupled with the secondary coil 12. The transmission circuit 2 includes: a pre-driver circuit 22 for outputting a drive control signal to a drive circuit 21 in response to a rising edge or falling edge of a transmitting signal generated based on transmitting data, and the drive circuit 21 for supplying the primary coil 11 with a positive drive current or negative drive current in which an increasing rate and decreasing rate are asymmetrical in response to the drive control signal. The receiving circuit 3 includes: a receiving signal detector 31 for outputting a detection voltage in response to a difference in an absolute value between a positive amplitude and negative amplitude of a receiving signal generating in the secondary coil 12 by the transmitting signal; and a hysteresis comparator 32 for regenerating transmitting data based on a voltage difference between the detection voltage and a reference voltage. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p>
