<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved lubricating device and an operation method of the lubricating device. <P>SOLUTION: One first opening is disposed in a piston unit. A lubricant is provided in a lubricant chamber via a lubricant inflow part, and at the same time, the piston unit is moved so as to enlarge a volume of the lubricant chamber, the lubricant is supplied to a lubricant outflow part 21, and at the same time, the piston unit is moved so as to reduce the volume of the lubricant chamber. Operation of the lubricating device is a cycle system, and firstly, it is carried out so as to take out the lubricant from the lubricant chamber 17 by a pump of a force feed device 19.
