PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the vibration of a motor and a blowing fan, and improve positional accuracy in an axial direction of a circuit board. SOLUTION: A spiral coil spring 7 is placed on a groove 801. The coil spring 7 extends toward the upper part of a center axis direction along the outer side surface of a bearing holding portion 10c, and an upper end of the coil spring 7 contacts a coil spring supporting portion 422c of a lower insulator 42c. A distance between the coil spring supporting portion 422c and the bottom surface inside the groove 801 is shorter than the natural length of the coil spring 7. An armature 500c is pressed toward the upper part of the center axis direction by the coil spring 7. In this case, a positioning portion presses a convex portion 4211c toward the upper part of the center axis direction.
