PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily open a closed casing. SOLUTION: The rotary mechanism of casing is provided with: a hinge shaft 14 which is connected to relatively rotate two casings (1, 2); a slide part 13 which includes the hinge shaft 14 to be slid while the casings overlap each other; and a rotation part 12 which relatively rotates the casings around the hinge shaft 14 along with slide of the sliding part 13. Specifically, the rotation part 12 is provided with a spring member 16 which biases the casings to an opening direction. Then, the rotary mechanism of casing is provided with a link member 26 which rotates one casing integrally with the hinge shaft 14 interlocked with a slide operation of the slide part 13. In addition, the hinge shaft 14 comprises two rotary shafts, and the link member 26 is connected to an eccentric position of one of the two rotary shafts.
