PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a downsized heat generating body unit which has high efficiency, high directivity, homogeneous heating property, and rapid rise; and to provide a heating device using the same. SOLUTION: The heat generating body (2) in the heat generating body unit is formed by a polymer film or by a graphite film obtained by heat-treating the polymer film, and has equal heat conductivity in a face direction.
