摘要 Due to the increased demand of compressed air, the invention intends to develop a controller for avoiding the unmeasured demand of power, which enables the power offer used by industrial compressors to be supervised and controlled according to the required demand, the invention being operated with efficient elements suitable to obtain reliable data. The system herein described is characterised in that it comprises elements such as an electric consumption meter, a flow meter, a logic controller and a colour screen of 8". The development of the controller allows improved efficiencies in the process for operating industrial compressors to be achieved, regarding the energy offer and considering the required demand, which will promote the development of improved operative practices. The present invention is mainly intended to offer a system of 2 to 4 compressors that works harmoniously and equitably. This is to say, that the compressors work together and with a feedback for reducing power costs. In addition, the monitoring of the controller is easier as well as that of each compressor, thus saving a record of the electric consumption.
