PURPOSE: A soil bed and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to facilitate fatigue recovery through blood circulation and metabolism promotion. CONSTITUTION: A soil bed comprises: a cotton cloth arrangement layer(12) in which cotton cloth is arranged on the surface of a substrate panel(10) in a layer; a heating plate(14) installed on the top of the cotton cloth arrangement layer; a black soil layer(1) plastered in the upper side of the heating plate in a layer; a first Korean paper adhesion layer(16) which is formed by attaching Korean paper to the surface of the black soil layer; a mothproofing transaction layer formed in the top surface of the adhesion layer; a second Korean paper adhesion layer(20) plastered in the upper side of the mothproofing transaction layer; a white soil layer(3); a charcoal culture medium layer(22); a yellow soil layer(4) plastered in the upper side of the charcoal culture medium layer in a layer; a cotton cloth arrangement layer(23); a red soil layer(5); and a coating layer(24).
