PURPOSE: A polymerization and copolymerization method of propylene is provided to obtain a propylene polymer and a propylene copolymer with the excellent flowage and tacticity. CONSTITUTION: A polymerization and copolymerization method of propylene comprises a step of polymerizing or copolymerizing the propylene in the presence of the following: a solid titanium complex catalyst as a main catalyst containing magnesium, titanium, halogen, and an internal electron donor; an organo metallic compound as a co-catalyst, selected from the group II or III of the periodic table; and a silyl piperidine compound as an outside electro donor.
