<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system which reduces complicatedness of customer registration work of internet banking by using an accounting system (including terminals, such as ATMs). <P>SOLUTION: The system uses terminal devices, such as ATMs, sales store terminals or kiosk terminals. A personal identification means is substituted, by using cash card and cash card password number or biometric authentication, namely, authenticating information in general service (in an accounting system).
