PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a health promoting antioxidant having storage stability and a low redox potential of less than -180 mV in order to enable the internal production and the exotic uptake of an antioxidant.

SOLUTION: The health promoting antioxidant is a composition including an antioxidant A which has a redox potential less than -180 mV and from which at least one kind of health promoting property is isolated and at least one kind of stabilizing antioxidant B which has a standard redox potential less than the standard redox potential of the antioxidant A. The application and the preparative method of the composition are also provided.
