PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to prevent global warming and environmental disruption and to generate an ultimate infinitely large source of drive and heat capable of contributing to the development of the human being society by effectively utilizing photo-energy generated by solar light collection. SOLUTION: This invention resides in the principle that the energy of solar light is converted into collected solar light energy heat of 4,500°C or higher, water (H<SB>2</SB>O) is directly irradiated with the collected solar light energy heat through a solid carbon catalyst to decompose water molecules into HHO as a gas, which is then withdrawn.
