PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for solving an electric circuit including a CPE within a time area with respect to an arbitrary circuit configuration and an arbitrary input voltage. SOLUTION: A computer executes: an acquisition step for acquiring input voltage applied to the electric circuit at least as a boundary condition; a first calculation step for calculating a branch current flowing into the CPE based on the boundary condition; a second calculation step for calculating a branch current flowing into a circuit element other than the CPE based on the boundary condition; and a step for determining an unknown variable in a time area from the boundary condition and calculation results obtained by the first and second calculation steps by using Kirchhoff's current law and Kirchhoff's voltage law.
