PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an internal combustion engine cooling device system capable of more suitably executing accurate determination of whether or not a thermostat operates normally. SOLUTION: An internal combustion engine cooling device system 10 comprises a circulation pump 22 for circulating cooling water of an internal combustion engine 12, a first circulation flow path 14a for returning cooling water discharged from the internal combustion engine 12 to the circulation pump 22 via a radiator 18, a second circulation flow path 14b for directly returning cooling water discharged from the internal combustion engine 12 to the circulation pump 22, a thermostat 16 for adjusting a proportion of cooling water flowing through the first circulation flow path 14a and second circulation flow path 14b on the basis of cooling water temperature and a determination control part 30 for executing normal operation determination determining whether or not the thermostat 16 normally operates. The determination control part 30 includes a determination command determination processing part, a drive determination processing part, a history determination processing part, a temperature determination processing part, a suspension history recording means and a determination execution processing part.
