PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel consumption evaluating device capable of calculating fuel consumption with high accuracy despite its simple configuration. SOLUTION: This fuel consumption evaluating system includes an accelerator opening detecting part 55 for detecting an accelerator opening, a speed detecting part 56 for detecting the engine speed of an engine driven travelling vehicle as a measured speed, a fuel injection amount computing means for calculating a fuel injection amount per predetermined unit from the accelerator opening and the measured speed in accordance with a correlation between an engine speed drop from a reference speed as the engine speed during no load of an engine and a change of the fuel injection amount, created with respect to each accelerator opening, and a fuel consumption evaluating part 54 for evaluating fuel consumption in accordance with the fuel injection amount calculated by the fuel injection amount computing means.
