PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealed type compressor etc. capable of precluding a refrigerator oil from flowing into the compressor upper space together with a refrigerant gas discharged from the discharge port of a compressing mechanism. SOLUTION: The sealed type compressor has a sealed vessel 1 accommodating the compressing mechanism 20 to suck in the refrigerant and compress it, and an electric driving mechanism 10 to drive the compressing mechanism 20, being composed of a stator 11 and a rotor 12 having a drive shaft 14 in the center and furnished outside thereof 14 with a refrigerant passage 16 as a hole stretching in the axial direction to admit passing of the refrigerant gas, wherein the refrigerator oil is stored in the lower part of the sealed vessel 1, and is configured so that a flow passage 30 for the refrigerator oil is formed in the axial direction of the drive shaft 14 of the electric driving mechanism 10 and furnished with an outlet whose lower part opens to inside the refrigerator oil and upper part perpendicularly intersects the axial direction in the neighborhood of the rotor 12 bottom and that an exhaust passage 18 is formed leading from the outlet 31 of the passage 30 for the refrigerator oil to outside the refrigerant passage 16 provided in the rotor 12.
