PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a USB optical connector that secures transmission of an optical signal. SOLUTION: The optical connector has: insulation properties body; a plurality of first terminals that adhere to the insulation properties body; a first optical member; and a fiber that is charged into the first optical member. The insulation property body has: a base; and a first extension that extends from the first base. Each first terminal has: a first body; a first elastic beam that extends from the first body; and a first contact part that is provided in the first elastic beam. The first optical member that is mounted on the insulation properties body stores the first elastic beam of the first terminal, and is movable back and forth to the first extension.
