PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve comfortability with respect to a dehumidifier. SOLUTION: The humidifier includes a body case 1 having an inlet port 4 and outlet ports 5, 6, and a heater 8, a rotor 9, a heat exchanger 10, and a dew condensation water container 11 provided inside the body case 1. The rotor 9 has a dehumidification part 9a and a moisture absorbing part 9b. The heat exchanger 10 has a heat-exchanging air passage and a humidification air passage. The dew condensation water container 11 is connected to the humidification air passage of the heat exchanger 10. Inside the body case 1, a first blast passage A going through a heater 8, the dehumidification part 9a of the rotor 9, and the humidification air passage of the heat exchanger 10 from the inlet port 4 toward the outlet port 5, a second blast passage B going through the heat exchanging air passage of the heat exchanger 10 from the inlet port 4 toward the outlet port 6, and a third blast passage C going through the moisture absorbing part 9b of the rotor 9 from the inlet port 4 toward the outlet port 6 are provided.
