PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooler including a drain water evaporation function securely evaporating drain water generated in an evaporator and also considering efficiency of heat radiation. SOLUTION: Cold air A2 cooled by the evaporator 20 is sent to a heat generating apparatus by a first fan 12. Drain water 30 generated in the evaporator 20 is made to drop down from an opening 17a of a partition wall 17 to a drain pan 32, is heated by a compressor discharge pipe 26 to which a refrigerant is pressure fed from a compressor 22, and is evaporated by outside air A3 from a second fan 15. Drain water 30 made to overflow from the drain pan 32 is heated by a drain evaporation condenser 27 to which a refrigerant is pressure fed from the compressor 22, and is evaporated by the outside air A3 from the second fan 15. Drain water 30 which cannot be evaporated by the drain evaporation condenser 27 is absorbed by a water absorption body 44 and is evaporated by sending air A4 warmed by the compressor 22 and the condenser 28 to the drain water 30.
